Sun safety starts inside. Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before you head outside. Make sure you re-apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating, exercise and towel drying.
Not sure how much sunscreen to use? Apply one teaspoon for each arm, each leg, another for your front, and one for your back. Apply half a teaspoon each to your face and your neck.
ALWAYS READ THE LABEL. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE. PROLONGED HIGH-RISK SUN EXPOSURE SHOULD BE AVOIDED. FREQUENT RE-APPLICATION IS REQUIRED.
