At SunSense, we’re serious about sun protection. That’s why we only make SPF 50 sunscreen to help protect you and your family from the harsh Aussie sun.

Sun Safe Tips with SunSense

Cover up with clothing, hats and eyewear to further reduce risk. Carefully protect children from direct sun or seek shade where possible especially during the hottest part of the day.

Sun safety starts inside. Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before you head outside.  Make sure you re-apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating, exercise and towel drying.

Not sure how much sunscreen to use? Apply one teaspoon for each arm, each leg, another for your front, and one for your back. Apply half a teaspoon each to your face and your neck.

Be sure to check you and your family's skin regularly, including skin not normally exposed to the sun. Look for changes in shape, colour, size, or new spot - if you notice anything unusual, consult your local GP.

*Highest label claim allowed as per AS/NZS 2064:2012; Very High. SPF 50+, Broad Spectrum.
